• RankTitan.AI acts solely as an intermediary platform facilitating connections between buyers and sellers.
• We do not verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy of any business listing, financial information, or claims made by sellers.
• We do not participate in, mediate, or guarantee any transaction between buyers and sellers.
• All transactions are conducted independently between parties at their own risk.
• RankTitan.AI provides no warranty, express or implied, regarding any business listing or sale outcome.

3. Account Registration and Security

To participate in our business marketplace as a buyer or seller, you must:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and updated information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your account.

4. Marketplace Participation and Fees

• Costs, fees, and subscription pricing to participate in the marketplace as a buyer or seller are subject to change without prior notice.
• By continuing to use the platform after any fee changes, you accept the updated pricing structure.
• Non-payment of applicable fees may result in account suspension or listing removal.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the RankTitan.AI Business Listings Marketplace for:

• Illegal activities or actions contrary to Colombian law.
• Posting fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate business listings.
• Accessing or attempting to access other users' data without authorization.
• Interfering with the technical operation of the service.
• Any dishonest behavior that harms the marketplace community.

6. Platform Moderation and Enforcement

RankTitan.AI reserves the absolute right to:

• Remove any buyer or seller from the platform without prior notice.
• Delete, suspend, or modify any business listing without explanation.
• Immediately suspend or permanently ban any user engaging in abuse, fraud, dishonest behavior, or any activity deemed harmful to the community.

Enforcement decisions are made solely at the discretion of the RankTitan.AI team and are final.

7. Personal Data Processing

In accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 (Colombia), we inform you that:

• RankTitan.AI collects information you provide during registration and listing submission.
• We do not share your personal information with third parties without your express authorization, except as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on RankTitan.AI, including texts, logos, software, and graphic design, is the exclusive property of RankTitan.AI or its respective owners. Reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

RankTitan.AI does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for:

• Loss of data or business opportunities.
• Service interruptions caused by third parties.
• Financial losses resulting from transactions between buyers and sellers.
• Accuracy or legitimacy of any business listing information.
• Disputes arising between marketplace participants.

The use of this platform and all marketplace transactions are conducted entirely at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the service implies your acceptance of any changes.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising from them will be resolved by the competent courts of Colombia.
